Editor-in-Chief, Real Estate
Havlena is the editor-in-chief of Crittenden Real Estate magazine, The Crittenden Report: Real Estate Financing, and the Retail Tenants Report. She has been an editor with Crittenden since 2007 and worked on a variety of real estate publications during her time at the company covering a wide range of topics from restaurant expansion to real estate developers. She has been the lead reporter and editor of Crittenden’s flagship publication, The Crittenden Report, since 2011. She has a degree in Print Journalism from Cal State Fullerton, and resides in Orange County, Calif.
Editor, Retail
Frabl is the editor and reporter of Crittenden’s Retail Tenants Report. She has several years of experience in publishing including stints as a freelance writer, managing editor, copy editor and as an editor-in-chief for two Los Angeles County-based lifestyle magazines. She has worked for Crittenden Research since 2018. She has a degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and resides in San Diego.
Editorial Director
Weyenberg is the editorial director of Crittenden Real Estate magazine and premium content — The Crittenden Report: Real Estate Financing, Retail Tenants and Multifamily Report. She also oversees editorial on CrittendenReport.com and CrittendenInsurance.com and distribution of the monthly and bi-monthly e-newsletters. She is an award-winning reporter with experience in radio, newspaper, magazine and the book publishing industries. She has a degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin—Green Bay and a Masters in Publishing from Pace University. She resides in the Minneapolis region.
Digital Editor
Mason is the digital editor for CrittendenReport.com. He has more than five years of experience as an editor for various magazines covering a wide range of topics, as well as experience as a photographer. He has a degree in English from Brigham Young University-Idaho, and resides in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
