Copyright Policy
- Applicability
Question: Does copyright law apply?
Answer: Yes. All our paper and electronic reports and other publications are copyrighted, and we enforece our rights. Where delivery is by email, copying also is governed by the copyright provisions in the Single User Electronic Subscription Agreement. Copyright law restricts all types of electronic and paper copying, including forwarding, posting or photocopying. - Electronic Forwarding or Posting
Question: If I have email delivery of the report, may I forward it electronically to other people or post it on an Intranet site?
Answer: No, that would be a violation of copyright law and the Single User Agreement. That Agreement does allow you to print one paper copy that you may treat as if it were an original paper issue. - Sharing Reports
Question: How may I share reports with my fellow employees without violating your copyright policy?
Answer: You may place each paper report (or the single paper copy you may print from electronic delivery) in the binder we provide and place the binder where others can access it. Or you may route each original or printed paper to a circulation list. You make not make additional paper or electronic copies. - Assistance
Question: What should I do if I need more copies or have quesitons about your copyright policy?

Subscriptions
- Cancel subscription
Question: I would like to cancel my membership/subscription. Can you help me with that?
Answer: We have a 30-day refund policy whereby we can give the customer a refund if the request is made within that time frame. After 30 days, a customer has the option to transfer to another publication for the remainder of their membership/subscription. - Email Reports
Question: Can I receive my report via email?
Answer: Yes, you can choose to receive an email report at no extra charge. If you choose to receive your membership/subscription by email, we will send you an Email Single User Agreement, which details the terms of receiving the email report. - My membership/subscription
Question: Why haven’t I received my report this week?
Answer: We do not publish around some of the holiday seasons. Please contact our Customer Service Department with any additional questions at (800)421-3483. Perhaps you have moved. Please notify us with any changes in your contact information. - Payments

Editorial
- Advertising
Question: Does Crittenden offer advertising in its reports?
Answer: No. All of our publications are strictly editorial. Crittenden does not have any advertising in the reports, however we do welcome press releases. You can submit a press release to market@crittendenonline.com. - Sponserships
Question: Do you offer sponsorship on email blasts and Special Briefs?

Question: Do you have an editorial calendar?
Answer: No, we do not make our editorial calendar available in advance . - Press Releases
Question: Do you accept press releases?
Answer: Yes. Visit our Contact Newsroom page and select the newsletter you would like to be featured in to contact the editor.

Question: Can I get a directory without the membership/subscription?

Question: Does everyone in my office have access to the directory?
Answer: Yes, the directory is hardcopy format and you should place the directory somewhere in your office where it is accessible to your staff. - Directory Listings
Question: How does my company get listed in the directory? Is there a fee?
Answer: Our editorial staff determines who belongs in the directory. There is no charge to those listed. If you feel your company belongs in the directory, please apply to the editors directly: editorcr@crittendennews.com.

Question: Can I get back issues?
Answer: Back issues are available to our current subscribers. The cost is $100 per issue. - Reprints
