UPSCALE SELECT-SERVICE PROPERTIES CHANGE HANDS
|
The average price per key for a flagged limited-service property fell about 15% during Q1 to approximately $44K/key. However, deals for branded properties in primary markets are selling at higher levels so far in Q2, as Company Removed and Company Removed both acquire properties for an average price of more than $100K/key. Company Removed picks up four hotels for $61M, which are a mix of extended stay and select-service. Company Removed enters an agreement to buy two Hilton Garden Inns for a combined $32.6M and closes the purchase of four Hampton Inns. Company Removed grabs the Hampton Inn & Suites – Atlanta Downtown. Access to this newsletter is not available online and restricted to our subscribers.
